HIRE ME as an editor for your short story or flash piece. I’ll provide close reading, copy editing, and story-level suggestions (developmental editing). Specialties include flash and micro fiction, but I am open to other forms, including hybrid work, flash memoir and CNF, and prose poetry.

I am not taking on long-form/book-length editing projects at this time.

Editor’s Eye – $50-$75

Want a professional editor’s honest, constructive feedback on your flash fiction? I offer an introductory editorial consult of 500 words for $50 or 1000 words for $75. This includes close critical reading and may include copy editing (as needed), line-by-line editorial suggestions (as needed), and a holistic commentary on your work. You may submit up to 5 standard double-spaced manuscript pages, or approximately 1000 words. This could be one very short story, two flash pieces, or three or more microfiction pieces.

Stories longer than flash length will be considered, time permitting. Regular rates are $75/hour.
